Dato' Sri Ir. Dr. Judin Bin Abdul Karim

Chairman of Directors

Dato’ Sri Ir. Dr. Judin Abdul Karim is a highly respected Malaysian engineer with over 40 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (UMIST, UK), M.Sc. in Structural Engineering & Ph.D.in Civil Engineering (University of Southern California, USA).
Early Career (1978–2011): Began with the Public Works Department (JKR), later appointed Director-General (2007–2011), leading major national infrastructure projects and technical reforms.
CIDB (2011–2016): Served as CEO, spearheaded the Construction Industry Transformation Programme (CITP) to raise industry standards in quality, productivity, safety, and sustainability.
Private Sector: Joined Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB); currently Chairman of MRCB Builders, guiding large-scale urban development projects.
Professional Recognition: Registered Professional Engineer and former President of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (2007–2012), known for advancing governance, ethics, and engineering standards.

He remains a visionary leader dedicated to national development and nurturing the next generation of engineering professionals.

HJ HALIM ABDULLAH @ NG KOK TAI

Director

Appointed as Director for TNR Energy Resources Sdn. Bhd. in year 2024.
Held various positions in corporate and public listed organizations.
His last role was as Director at Kerjaya Prospek, bringing valuable expertise to TNR Energy Resources.
Holds a doctorate and multiple advanced degrees in engineering.
Distinguished professional and leader in the engineering and construction industry.

MOHD HAFIZ MOHD ZAKI

Managing Director / CEO

Has extensive experience spanning nearly 25 years, specializing in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), renewable energy, environment and transport.
Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (U.K)
Registered professional with the Department of Environment (DOE).
Previous roles include working with multinational organization such as PETRONAS.
Currently holds the position of CEO of TNR Energy.

ABDUL HAZIQ IKHWAN ABD HALID HAN

Head of Business Development

Appointed as Head of Business Development for TNR Energy Resources Sdn. Bhd. in year 2024
Have three-year experience in Environmental and Oil and Gas Industry.
Served as Environmental Consultant for Integrated Envirotech Sdn Bhd (IESB)
